SWEEPING

PARKING LOT SWEEPING is probably one of the most effective things that should be performed on your parking surface.

Not only does is provide for a clean appearance to your business, it is a necessity in preserving the longevity of your surface.

Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc., uses the type of machinery which will be best in your particular parking area. We have vacuum sweepers which act in just that way to vacuum the dirt out of the surface. Also, brush/broom sweepers that bristle into the surface to loosen areas which may be ground in.

Back pack blowers are used to blow all dirt from the corners, behind parking blocks, around trash bins and any low spots that my be inaccessible by the sweeper units.

All debris is removed from the premises.

SNOW REMOVAL

SNOW REMOVAL is an unfortunate necessity in the Denver area. Winter weather is unpredictable, especially for us along the Rocky Mountain eastern slope. We have had winters of very little snow and fairly warm temperatures, and we have had winters of continuous blizzards.

Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. provides services for the removal of the snow from parking lots before the employees begin arriving to work. All contracts specify cleaning before 7:00 a.m., provided, of course, the snow does not start falling in the wee hours of the morning.

So, while you are sleeping, we are in your parking lot clearing away the snow.

Sand trucks are available on either a contract basis or on call.

Contract scheduling begins the end of July into August.

STRIPING

STRIPING is pretty much self-explanatory. These are the lines which “direct” traffic as to parking formation or path routes.

Necessary stencils, arrows, handicap parking stalls, speed bumps, or crossbars are all double-coated. Traffic spec paint is used on all layout and re-stripping.

Services may be scheduled any time in the summer months to most accommodate the traffic usage. Apartment complexes are encouraged to send notices and arrange for tow truck for unmoved vehicles.

CRACK FILL

CRACK FILL is an important part of asphalt maintenance. It is used to seal existing cracks, prevent water from seeping under your lot and keeps weeds from growing through the cracks. Services may be scheduled year round.
